Tumor Worlds instead maps the sociotechnical forces—including institutional constraints and cognitive heuristics—that govern clinical decision-making. According to Meredith Jacobetz, Senior Director of the Oncology Center of Excellence, the platform constructs an actionable model of the environment an asset inhabits. The system is built around four core suites that analyze clinical landscapes, physician networks, psychological drivers, and lifecycle risks. These components are synthesized by CIAIRA, a proprietary AI engine that tracks leading indicators of sentiment across more than 30 tumor types. Following the initial rollout for non-small cell lung cancer, the firm plans to add prostate and pancreatic cancer modules, with a full portfolio expansion scheduled through the remainder of 2026.
