Clayton arrives at the New York-based consultancy following leadership roles at Citrin Cooperman and FMT Consultants. His background includes managing a 60-person team and overseeing a portfolio of more than 1,000 ERP implementation projects. At Net at Work, he will focus on aligning NetSuite technology with finance and operations workflows, specifically targeting the manufacturing, wholesale distribution, and professional services sectors.
Edward Solomon, co-Founder and co-CEO, noted that the hire aims to bolster the firm’s ability to deliver long-term growth for its client base. Clayton intends to leverage this platform to refine the company’s AI-driven ERP solutions, emphasizing a client-first approach to maximize the return on technology investments. Founded in 1996, Net at Work continues to position itself as a primary advisor for businesses integrating complex ERP, HCM, and CRM platforms.
