By converting unstructured scans and documents into clean, machine-readable formats, Predoc seeks to eliminate the administrative burden that currently forces clinicians to spend hours hunting for patient information.

The tool integrates directly into existing electronic health record workflows, providing doctors with a unified history rather than a collection of isolated files. Dr. Kaushal Kulkarni, the company’s chief medical officer, noted that the technology is intended to alleviate the frustration patients feel when their providers lack access to their complete medical background. Since its founding in 2022, the startup has processed over 10 million pages of medical records, focusing on the infrastructure required to make AI applications viable in real-world clinical environments.
