The initiative supports high-achieving students from low-income families, providing the financial backing necessary to pursue higher education. This commitment comes as ATC CEO Lance Ruttenberg and his family visit the region, reflecting on a partnership that originated in 1994 with six employees and has since expanded into a workforce of over 350 team members. Today, the facility produces millions of AllerEase mattress and pillow protectors annually for major retailers including Walmart, Target, Costco, and Amazon.
Ricardo Sagrera, who founded the ¡Supérate! program in 2004, noted that the collaboration focuses on fostering talent in English, technology, and core values. By bridging the gap between industrial production and community development, the two companies aim to reinforce a relationship that has remained consistent for more than three decades.
