A particular emphasis was placed on shared cultural heritage, highlighted by a study camp that traced an ancient imperial examination route, alongside workshops dedicated to intangible cultural practices.
Beyond cultural exchange, the gathering served as a practical hub for innovation. University students from both sides collaborated on urban-rural development and construction projects, while youth representatives discussed frameworks for long-term economic integration. To sustain these connections, Fuzhou officials unveiled a third wave of policy support, introducing 10 specific measures. These initiatives aim to streamline employment, business startups, and daily integration for Taiwan residents moving to the Fujian capital.
