Full Truck Alliance Reports Growth in Second Quarter 2026

Full Truck Alliance, China’s primary digital freight platform, reported total net revenues of 3.38 billion yuan for the second quarter of 2026, marking a 4.4% year-over-year increase. The company handled 68.5 million fulfilled orders, supported by a 12.8% rise in active shipper traffic across its logistics network.

The company’s net income reached 1.35 billion yuan, up 6.3% compared to the same period in 2025. CEO Peter Hui Zhang attributed these results to enhanced transaction protections and higher order density, which bolstered user satisfaction and platform efficiency. Transaction service revenues served as a primary driver, growing 33.1% to 1.77 billion yuan and accounting for more than half of the company's quarterly revenue.

Despite the growth in core operations, the firm’s value-added services, including credit solutions, saw a decline in revenue to 369 million yuan. To sustain its expansion, the company maintains a strong liquidity position, reporting 33.4 billion yuan in cash and equivalents. Following these results, the board approved a quarterly cash dividend, reaffirming a commitment to return approximately 400 million US dollars to shareholders throughout the 2026 fiscal year.
