Rhapsody Launches AI-Integrated Payer Suite on Epic Showroom

The suite is specifically engineered for organizations running Tapestry UM/CM, Claims, and the broader Epic Payer ecosystem. By providing ready-to-use templates and standardized test data, Rhapsody aims to bypass the traditional hurdles of custom integration work. This setup facilitates essential operations, ranging from clinical data exchange with provider networks and prior authorization management to the synchronization of claims and coding gap data for risk programs.

At the center of this release is Rhapsody Axon, which functions as an embedded integration agent. It interprets technical specifications and clarifies requirements in real-time, effectively guiding teams through the onboarding process. According to Rhapsody CEO Sagnik Bhattacharya, the goal is to allow health plans to achieve Epic Blue Ribbon status and operational efficiency without requiring internal staff to become specialized integration experts. The offering is currently available for evaluation and deployment via the Epic Showroom portal.
