The firm, which has maintained a presence in West Palm Beach for over four decades, will occupy an entire floor of the tower. This space is intended to support more than 80 attorneys and professional staff, reflecting the firm's adaptation to the region's rapid development as a center for commerce and investment. Managing Shareholder Tracy L. Gerber noted that the relocation positions the team at the center of a dynamic district, aligning with the area’s evolution into a destination for sophisticated professional services.
Executive Chairman Richard A. Rosenbaum, who began his career at the firm’s West Palm Beach office 41 years ago, emphasized that the decision mirrors the firm's growth into a global platform with 51 offices. The project is part of a broader development strategy by Related Ross, led by Stephen Ross and Kenneth A. Himmel, who have focused on integrating lifestyle amenities with business infrastructure. The new office provides direct connectivity to key local transit and service hubs, including the Brightline station and the Cleveland Clinic outpatient center, as the district continues to solidify its reputation as a burgeoning financial and corporate corridor.
