The partnership leverages Shilla Stay’s standardized operating model, which currently spans 17 properties across South Korea and China. Under the agreement, the brand will provide specialized hospitality for international delegations, implementing dedicated check-in areas and information desks to facilitate the movement of large groups while minimizing disruption to regular guests.
Sang-oh Park, CEO of Shilla HM, and Fr. Simone Nam-kyun Kim, Executive Secretary of the organizing committee, finalized the deal to ensure that participants experience consistent service standards throughout the global gathering. The event, which marks the second time the Catholic Church’s international youth festival has been held in Asia, relies on the hotel’s ability to scale its operations to meet the specific requirements of high-profile international visitors.
