Learning Pool rebrands to Confirm with new workforce enablement system

Workplace learning provider Learning Pool has rebranded as Confirm, simultaneously launching a Workforce Enablement System designed to integrate fragmented employee data. The platform aims to bridge the gap between learning, engagement, and performance metrics, providing retail leaders with a unified view of staff capability and business impact.

The shift reflects a strategic move to address the siloed nature of corporate technology. According to CEO Benoit de la Tour, whose platform serves major retail brands including Tesco, Boots, Lidl, B&Q, and M&S, disconnected systems often obscure critical performance gaps. By consolidating learning, engagement, and compliance into a single dashboard, the company intends to move beyond traditional training tools toward actionable workforce intelligence.

Lisa White, Vice President of Marketing at Confirm, described the new identity as a natural evolution of the firm's two-decade history. The transition signals a broader ambition to help organizations move past the separation of employee development and operational output, positioning the new system as a core component for companies aiming to align human capital with specific business objectives.
