The platform targets industries plagued by high quoting complexity, including telecommunications, manufacturing, and medical devices. Unlike legacy CPQ tools that attempt to retroactively integrate AI, CPQ360.ai features an API-first architecture. It utilizes REST APIs, webhooks, and Model Context Protocol access to function across various CRM and contract management systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, without forcing companies to overhaul their current technology infrastructure.
JK Chelladurai, founder and CEO of OneBill Software, noted that the product leverages years of internal experience managing large-scale quote-to-revenue lifecycles. The system is live today with native connectivity for Stripe, while support for additional billing platforms remains under active development.
