This growth was supported by the expansion of the Authenticity Guarantee program, which now covers over 100 fashion brands, and the continued success of AI-powered tools like the Magical Listing feature.
Financial discipline remained a priority throughout the quarter, with the company generating $549 million in operating cash flow. Shareholders received $448 million in capital returns, split between $310 million in share repurchases and $138 million in cash dividends. Looking ahead, CFO Peggy Alford signaled confidence in the platform’s trajectory by raising the company’s full-year guidance. For the third quarter of 2026, eBay anticipates revenue between $3.07 billion and $3.12 billion, as it integrates Depop into its circular fashion portfolio to capture a younger, highly engaged demographic.
