The Edinburg facility at 2930 W Trenton Road represents the latest chapter in a broader growth strategy. Following the initial acquisition of 38 locations, the partnership between Franchise Equity Partners and the auto care operator has prioritized rapid development across high-growth regions. This footprint now includes the company’s first service centers in the Rio Grande Valley, where six locations currently operate.
Looking ahead, the development pipeline remains aggressive. Velocity Auto Care plans to open 18 additional service centers by the end of 2027, targeting markets in Austin, El Paso, Midland-Odessa, San Antonio, Corpus Christi, and Las Cruces, New Mexico. CEO Robert Fish noted that the company intends to add between nine and 12 new locations annually, aiming to capitalize on the sustained demand across Central, South, and West Texas.
