iBase-t Shifts Strategy with New Value Realization Organization

Moving away from reactive support models, iBase-t has launched a Value Realization Organization to integrate quantitative accountability into its aerospace and defense software deployments. The new unit, led by newly appointed Vice President Chelsea Morgan, aims to tie software adoption directly to measurable operational outcomes on the shop floor.

The initiative represents a departure from traditional customer success roles, emphasizing long-term ROI over simple implementation. By embedding Client Value Partners into the sales cycle and deploying Lean Operations Consultants directly onto customer shop floors, iBase-t intends to treat its Solumina platform as a strategic operational driver rather than a standard software utility. These consultants focus on identifying throughput barriers and waste, ensuring that digital improvements are translated into tangible manufacturing gains.

This structural change seeks to eliminate the volatility often associated with executive turnover by anchoring client relationships in documented, data-driven frameworks. According to COO Scott Baril, the move underscores a shift toward holding the company accountable for the value promised during initial procurement. Morgan, who brings over two decades of experience from roles at GE Aerospace and expertise in DOD-aligned sustainment, will oversee this transition. Her background includes managing large-scale supply chain analytics and complex ERP deployments, credentials that the company expects will bridge the gap between software capability and shop-floor reality.
