The company’s rapid expansion is underscored by a doubling of its $1 million-plus annual recurring revenue (ARR) customer base over the past year. High-profile enterprises, including Nasdaq, MetLife, and Colgate-Palmolive, have migrated to the platform to leverage its AI-driven automation. CEO Katherine Kostereva attributed this shift to an industry-wide replacement cycle, noting that organizations are no longer merely adding AI features to existing stacks but are instead replacing outdated systems entirely with AI-native architectures.
Three factors have fueled this growth: the widespread adoption of agentic AI for sales and service, a clear enterprise appetite for replacing aging legacy technologies, and the company’s "Unlimited" pricing model. By removing caps on users, agents, and workflows, Creatio has lowered the barriers to scaling automation. To maintain this momentum, the firm is doubling down on its 10x platform release, which introduces advanced AI Studio capabilities and "AI Twin" design tools. These technical investments are being mirrored by a strategic expansion of the company’s engineering and go-to-market teams to support its growing global client base across 100 countries.
