The company reported $2.8 million in revenue for 2025, a 3.6x increase over the previous year. Having already secured shelf space in over 10,000 retail locations, the brand is now leveraging its patent portfolio—which runs through 2035—to solidify its position in the beverage alcohol market. CEO Ray Rozycki noted that the funding serves as a validation of the brand's experiential approach to spirits, where pearls filled with alcohol-infused liquid are used to enhance cocktails and seltzers.
To keep pace with demand, Unifying Spirits is committing to a fivefold increase in domestic production capacity in Pittsburgh. The new proprietary equipment is designed to tighten supply chain control while supporting the launch of a ready-to-drink beverage line. This manufacturing shift aims to bolster the company's presence in bars, restaurants, and entertainment venues, moving beyond its current retail footprint to capture a larger share of the evolving consumer market.
