Audia, who has served as AGCO’s finance chief since 2022, will now oversee the company’s precision agriculture business and enterprise transformation efforts. CEO Eric Hansotia cited Audia’s instrumental role in the formation of the PTx Trimble Joint Venture as a key driver for this shift. Brian Sorbe, the previous president of the PTx unit, is departing the organization to pursue other priorities.
Indira Agarwal, who joined the company in 2024 as Chief Accounting Officer, steps into the CFO position with a mandate to maintain the financial rigor and transparency she established during her tenure. Alongside her new responsibilities, she will temporarily retain her oversight of the accounting organization while the firm searches for her successor. Hansotia emphasized that the realignment leverages the existing synergy between the two leaders to accelerate the company’s long-term profitability goals and M&A activity.
