Global law firm Greenberg Traurig advised Avance throughout the transaction, which sees Lexxel’s management team reinvesting a significant equity stake to maintain control of daily operations. This partnership positions Lexxel to leverage new resources in its role as a single-source provider for complex infrastructure projects.
The legal team steering the deal was led by Greenberg Traurig’s Global Corporate Practice Co-Chair Bruce I. March, alongside Miami Corporate Shareholder Travis M. Walker and Fort Lauderdale Corporate Shareholder Martin G. Toole, Jr. They were supported by Marc D. Brown, Chase Wathen, and Cassandra Postighone.
