According to the complaint, these technical limitations led professional developer customers to abandon the platform in favor of competing AI tools, a trend management allegedly obscured while maintaining an optimistic outlook on the product's market position.
The company’s stock performance mirrored the surfacing of these issues. Shares dropped $29.40 on May 21, 2025, and suffered a further decline of $20.56 on May 13, 2026, closing at $55.32 following a disappointing first-quarter earnings report. Attorney Joseph E. Levi of Levi & Korsinsky LLP is representing the class, asserting that investors were denied critical information regarding competitive risks that ultimately impacted their portfolios.
