Starlight Investments Opens First Phase of Dartford Rental Community

The newly opened residences represent two of the seven planned buildings at the site. Upon full completion, the development aims to alleviate regional housing pressure by providing a mix of modern living spaces adjacent to Central Park. Jonnie Milich, Head of UK Residential at Starlight Investments, noted that the project is designed to evolve alongside the community, emphasizing a commitment to high-growth markets where demand for quality rental housing remains high.

Future construction phases will introduce a suite of lifestyle amenities, including a fitness center, yoga studio, co-working facilities, and a 2,000-square-foot rooftop terrace. The finished site will accommodate residents with 163 parking spaces. This development is part of Starlight’s broader UK portfolio, which currently manages approximately 4,000 homes valued at £1.1 billion. The location offers transit connectivity via Dartford Station, positioning the community as a strategic hub for those commuting into Central London.
