AAON Expands Board with Industrial and Financial Veterans

Buttermore, currently the Senior Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer at Rockwell Automation, joins the Compensation Committee. His background in global manufacturing, logistics, and industrial automation is expected to support AAON’s efforts to optimize its supply chain and operational capacity. He brings extensive experience with semiconductor and data center customers, areas where AAON is increasingly focused.

Jermain, the former CFO of Plexus Corporation, will serve on the Audit Committee. During his twelve-year tenure at Plexus, he oversaw significant portfolio transformations and capital allocation strategies. His expertise in financial governance and M&A is intended to guide the company through its next phase of growth. Both appointments are part of an ongoing succession and board refreshment process aimed at aligning director skill sets with the company’s long-term expansion goals.
