The acquisition allows Everseen to leverage Viztel’s computer vision platform, which monitors store dynamics ranging from customer dwell time and queue formation to inventory freshness and safety hazards. By utilizing existing camera infrastructure, the technology generates actionable business intelligence without relying on facial recognition or personally identifiable information.
Everseen CEO Joe White stated that the move positions the company to provide retailers with a comprehensive view of store operations, linking product journeys, workforce productivity, and revenue recovery on a single platform. As part of the transaction, RadiusAI Founder and CEO Bobby Chowdary will join Everseen to support the integration and scaling of the newly acquired technology.
