Wild Fork Foods Scales AI Operating System After Pilot Success

After a nine-week trial yielded significant gains in sales, margins, and inventory accuracy, Wild Fork Foods is deploying the Thri5 AI operating system across its United States retail footprint. The move signals a shift from experimental AI testing to a full-scale operational rollout for the meat and seafood retailer.

Jeremy Pee, co-founder and co-CEO of Thri5, highlighted that the platform’s success hinges on user adoption rather than just technical capability. During the pilot phase, 78% of the tasks surfaced by the AI were completed, a figure that climbed above 90% among store managers. Pee emphasized that frontline teams prioritize tools that simplify their daily routines, noting that the high completion rate was the primary driver behind the improved commercial outcomes.

The company now faces the challenge of maintaining these adoption levels as it expands the system store by store and shift by shift. By integrating the AI into the daily workflows of its employees, Wild Fork Foods aims to move beyond superficial technology experiments toward a model where AI becomes a functional, permanent fixture of its retail operations.
