Jeremy Pee, co-founder and co-CEO of Thri5, highlighted that the platform’s success hinges on user adoption rather than just technical capability. During the pilot phase, 78% of the tasks surfaced by the AI were completed, a figure that climbed above 90% among store managers. Pee emphasized that frontline teams prioritize tools that simplify their daily routines, noting that the high completion rate was the primary driver behind the improved commercial outcomes.
The company now faces the challenge of maintaining these adoption levels as it expands the system store by store and shift by shift. By integrating the AI into the daily workflows of its employees, Wild Fork Foods aims to move beyond superficial technology experiments toward a model where AI becomes a functional, permanent fixture of its retail operations.
