Galaxy Digital Adds Former Xerox CEO Steven Bandrowczak to Board

Steven Bandrowczak, a veteran executive who led Xerox Holdings Corporation through a four-year tenure as CEO, has joined the Board of Directors at Galaxy Digital. The appointment, effective immediately, brings three decades of experience in enterprise technology, logistics, and large-scale capital allocation to the digital asset firm.

Bandrowczak will serve as an independent director and join the company's audit committee. His background includes overseeing complex technological integrations, such as the $11 billion carve-out at Lenovo and the consolidation of global data center operations during his time as Chief Information Officer at DHL. CEO Mike Novogratz highlighted that Bandrowczak’s expertise in developing enterprise AI operating models will be vital as Galaxy scales its data center infrastructure and digital asset offerings.

Beyond his executive roles at Hewlett-Packard, Alight Solutions, and Avaya, Bandrowczak currently serves as a senior advisor at Sol Consulting and lectures on digital transformation at Northeastern University. His addition to the board arrives as Galaxy positions its 1.6 GW Helios campus in Texas to meet rising demand for high-performance computing and artificial intelligence workloads.
