Rowe brings three decades of experience to the Atlanta-based company, having previously managed financial structures for $1.4 billion in ground-up developments. His tenure at SJC Ventures saw him direct over 3.1 million square feet of retail, mixed-use, and multifamily projects. Before his time in the private sector, he spent five years as Deputy CFO at Invest Atlanta, where he gained extensive experience in public-sector finance.
CEO Seth R. Greenberg emphasized that Rowe’s background in scaling finance organizations is vital for ECI’s current expansion efforts. Rowe, a University of Richmond graduate, intends to focus on strengthening the firm's capital strategy and overall financing infrastructure. As ECI continues to integrate its development, construction, and property management arms, the firm remains focused on its long-term objective of maintaining its footprint in the competitive U.S. multifamily market.
