As IoT deployments expand, enterprises often struggle with the complexity of juggling multiple connectivity management platforms and disparate carrier systems. This fragmentation frequently leads to operational bottlenecks, particularly when navigating permanent roaming restrictions or evolving international regulations. By absorbing IoTM Solutions, CSL Group intends to provide a unified interface that manages SIM profiles across more than 100 mobile operators.
Founded in 2015, IoTM Solutions brings a cloud-native, vendor-agnostic engine that supports over 30 million SIMs. The platform integrates with 20 native carrier systems, allowing for rapid provisioning that replaces days of manual work with near-instant automation. This capability complements CSL’s existing rSIM technology, which provides SIM-level resilience for life-critical and business-critical applications.
Ed Heale, CEO of CSL Group, noted that the transition to SGP.32 requires a fundamental shift in how organizations manage connected devices. By combining managed connectivity with advanced orchestration, the company aims to offer a resilient operating model capable of scaling alongside global IoT growth. The IoTM team will join CSL, continuing support for all current partners and customers. Financial terms of the acquisition remain undisclosed.
