The positive trajectory aligns with the company's five-year FaSTLAne 2030 strategic plan, which targets a 35% growth in volume and a 50% expansion in market coverage. Michael Orange, head of U.S. retail sales and network performance, attributed the gains to incremental market share captured during the second quarter. Strong retail performances from the Jeep Grand Wagoneer, up 43%, and the Ram 1500, which saw a 9% increase, provided the necessary lift to offset softer results in other segments.
Looking toward the remainder of the year, Stellantis is focusing on product renewal to maintain its current pace. New models, including the Jeep Cherokee hybrid and the Ram 1500 TRX, are currently entering the dealer pipeline. These launches coincide with the company’s role as the exclusive automotive sponsor for the America250 celebration, where brands like Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram are deploying special limited editions to mark the country’s 250th anniversary.
