The meeting saw the adoption of audited financial reports covering both the 2024 and 2025 fiscal years. Alongside these disclosures, the assembly confirmed the continued leadership of executive directors Xiang Ji and Tongzhuan Xi, alongside a slate of non-executive and independent directors including Fangfang Cai, Shibang Guo, Peifeng Li, Dicky Peter Yip, Wai Ping Tina Lee, Koon Wing Ernest Ip, and Siu Hong Cheng. Shareholders also granted the board authority to determine director remuneration.
Beyond personnel decisions, the company moved to re-appoint Ernst & Young and Ernst & Young Hua Ming LLP as auditors. These firms will oversee the company's financial oversight through the next annual general meeting, with the board tasked to fix their compensation for the 2026 fiscal year. Lufax, which maintains a network of 85 funding partners to support small business financing across China, continues to operate under this reaffirmed administrative mandate.
