His career includes a tenure at Eaton Corporation as senior vice president of finance for its $7 billion Industrial Sector and a leadership position at Carrier Corporation managing $13 billion in supply chain and operations spending. Gabel also spent over ten years at Avery Dennison Corporation in various capacities across the United States, Europe, and Asia. He holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and an undergraduate degree from Bowling Green State University.
