Stasch joins the organization with a reputation for helping shop owners balance profitability with leadership development. His new role involves overseeing the company’s core platforms, including Auto Hospitality™ and the Key to Key to Callbacks™ system. He will focus on scaling these initiatives while expanding existing peer groups to assist shop owners in achieving financial independence and operational growth.
To begin his transition, Stasch is spending the week in Houston meeting with the executive leadership team and touring high-performing repair facilities associated with the Houston Boston Partnership. This hands-on integration aims to align his coaching methodology with the company's long-term goal of building a $1 billion automotive services enterprise. President Todd Westerlund noted that the addition of Stasch represents a significant investment in the company’s infrastructure, intended to provide shop owners with advanced resources in recruitment, AI-driven solutions, and performance benchmarking.
