Founded in 1967, the Shinjuku-based institute has served over 9,000 students from more than 90 countries. This new certification covers seven distinct programs, including one-year and two-year career development courses with a total enrollment capacity of 140 students. The accreditation marks a transition from the former Ministry of Justice notification framework to the current MEXT-led system, which focuses on enhancing educational outcomes and institutional reliability.
President Yo Konno noted that the recognition reaffirms the school’s long-standing mission to foster global understanding through high-quality language instruction. Located near Yotsuya Station, the institute utilizes proprietary learning materials designed to build professional-level Japanese proficiency. By meeting these updated government requirements, the center aims to further refine its student support services, which range from daily life assistance to long-term professional guidance for international learners.
