Jilian Grooms Named to Inner Circle of Excellence

Grooms currently spearheads a social club project at Vanderbilt that merges the high-energy atmosphere of stadium sports with the refined service standards of a private country club. Her career trajectory is defined by a consistent ability to scale engagement, notably through her work with the Nashville Predators, the Nashville Sounds Baseball Club, and Topgolf. During her tenure at Topgolf, she managed sales efforts for the Nashville opening and supported the rollout of more than 20 locations nationwide.

Beyond her operational roles, Grooms leverages a background as a former NCAA Division I golfer to inform her leadership style. A graduate of Murray State University, she now balances her professional responsibilities with a commitment to mentoring young women entering the sports industry.
