The company, which remains founder-led and privately held, has transitioned from a single West Hollywood location into a national network spanning 36 states. CEO Scott Heckmann attributes this trajectory to a core philosophy of making medical-grade aesthetic treatments accessible to a broader demographic rather than catering exclusively to a niche market. Unlike many retail-based medical models, LaserAway maintains centralized control over its operations, eschewing the franchise model entirely.

Clinical standards are overseen by Chief Medical Officer Dr. Will Kirby, who directs a medical board of more than 25 board-certified dermatologists. The Garland site will mirror the service offerings found across the national footprint, including laser hair removal, Botox, dermal fillers, and body contouring procedures like CoolSculpting. All treatments are performed by licensed medical professionals, including nurse practitioners and physician assistants, maintaining the company's focus on combining medical precision with a consumer-facing, approachable environment.
