The new release introduces native integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Microsoft Dynamics 365. This bidirectional sync ensures that lead data remains consistent across platforms, eliminating manual entry. To satisfy regulatory requirements, the system includes a full audit trail for every sync event, featuring seven-year data retention to meet FINRA and SEC standards.

A central feature of this update is the "Memory Palace," a persistent knowledge graph that allows the platform’s AI co-pilot, Eva, to retain institutional knowledge about a firm’s specific niches and client history. Unlike previous iterations that required advisors to re-explain their business context, this version maintains a searchable record of past campaigns and prospect interactions.

Furthermore, the update automates campaign theme generation by pulling data from eight specific ideal client profile fields. These themes are refined by a curated market signal feed, filtered to match the advisor’s target demographic—ensuring that messaging remains relevant to specific client life stages or regional needs. Every change to these themes is tracked with version history, providing advisors with a clear record of content evolution and performance analytics.
