The integration leverages the open-standard MCP to connect Predactiv’s data capabilities with AI assistants like ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, and Manus. By bypassing the need for custom, proprietary bridges, the company aims to eliminate the manual "stitching" of data across disparate tools. According to Chief Product Officer Michael Gorman, the strategy focuses on positioning the platform as an open infrastructure layer rather than a walled garden, ensuring that agents can build upon existing governance and privacy guardrails.
The new tools offer two distinct paths: the MCP server for direct interaction within AI environments and a Platform API for developers to embed audience modeling into their own software products. Teams can now generate audience previews, manage first-party datasets, and deliver segments to DSPs or clean rooms directly through a conversational flow. CEO Dana Hayes Jr. emphasized that this development removes the friction of handoffs, enabling users to analyze, refine, and deploy audiences within a single, continuous workflow. The platform is currently live, with Predactiv offering managed-service support for organizations looking to integrate the API into their proprietary stacks.
