Nicole Arbour Dismisses Jelly Roll Divorce as Calculated PR Stunt

Comedian Nicole Arbour is labeling the recent divorce of Jelly Roll and Bunnie Xo a strategic publicity stunt, arguing the couple uses manufactured scandals to drive engagement. Her accusations arrive amid a years-long feud involving allegations of death threats, hush money, and a series of viral diss tracks.

The split, confirmed by TMZ, follows a decade of marriage, with official documents citing a separation date of May 9 and a divorce filing on May 18. While Jelly Roll and Bunnie Xo have publicly maintained they remain best friends, Arbour claims the narrative fits a recurring pattern of behavior she has observed since their conflict began in 2021. According to the comedian, the couple relies on high-profile controversy to launch new projects and secure media attention.

Arbour’s history with the pair involves multiple legal and personal clashes, including a dismissed copyright lawsuit involving rapper Ryan Upchurch and accusations regarding a missing wallet. The situation escalated significantly in March when Arbour filed a police report against Jelly Roll, alleging the singer had threatened her life. The Metropolitan Nashville Police Department confirmed that no charges were filed following their investigation. Despite the lack of legal action, Arbour continues to document her claims through an online series titled The Jelly Files and recently released a track titled Cosplay Christian, which attacks the couple's public image. Jelly Roll has not issued a formal response to these latest allegations, choosing instead to focus on his public statements regarding the amicable nature of his separation.
