The venue will feature giant LED screens broadcasting all six matches scheduled for the day, ranging from Switzerland versus Canada to the evening finale between Czechia and Mexico.
Beyond live sports, the event centers on a high-energy cultural program featuring headline performances by DJ Funkmaster Flex and DJ Big Ben. Attendees can access international food trucks, craft vendors, and a premium bar service. The initiative represents a broad coalition of local leadership, including Mayor Ras J. Baraka, the Meadowlands Chamber of Commerce, and the New Jersey Economic Development Authority, all aiming to leverage the global tournament to highlight Newark’s cultural diversity and economic vitality.
