Paytas, mother of three, previously attempted to manage her weight through rigorous gym sessions and restrictive fad diets. Despite these efforts, she found herself trapped in a cycle of constant hunger and physical discomfort, noting that she had never experienced the sensation of feeling full. She explained that her motivation shifted from external criticism to physical necessity, specifically citing chronic knee pain and a lack of energy during performances as the primary catalysts for her decision to seek medical intervention.
Since integrating the medication into her routine, Paytas has transitioned from twice-weekly workouts to daily hour-long cardio and Pilates sessions. She credits the drug with allowing her to lead a more active life with her children, Malibu Barbie, Elvis, and Aquaman. Regarding the long-term use of the treatment, Paytas indicated she views the medication as a permanent fixture, hoping to spend the coming decades maintaining a healthy, balanced relationship with food rather than the obsessive patterns that defined her previous 38 years.
