Data from the program revealed a common corporate blind spot: 78% of employees initially underrated their own capabilities. By surfacing these hidden skills, the manufacturer was able to fast-track staff into high-impact roles. The results were particularly pronounced in technical and leadership domains, with 84% of the workforce reaching a 'Successful Transformation' level in teamwork.
