His practice emphasizes minimally invasive techniques, including robotic-assisted and single-site procedures, designed to lower post-operative pain and speed up recovery times. Beyond weight-loss surgeries such as sleeve gastrectomy and gastric bypass, he performs general procedures for hernia, reflux, and soft-tissue conditions. A Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, Lalezari previously trained at Johns Hopkins Medicine and the Mayo Clinic.
