Daher Standardizes Global Supply Chain Operations with LeanDNA

Aircraft manufacturer Daher is expanding its use of the LeanDNA APEX platform across Europe, Morocco, and the United States to replace fragmented manual reporting with a unified, AI-driven supply chain. The move aims to synchronize global procurement and production teams under a single source of operational truth.

Daher, the world's oldest aircraft manufacturer still in operation, is scaling a partnership that has matured over the last decade. By deploying LeanDNA across its international facilities, the company is bridging the gap between disparate SAP systems and manual workflows that previously hindered visibility. The transition moves regional teams away from reactive processes toward a proactive, data-driven execution model.

Evidence of this shift is already visible in the company's performance metrics. The Florida facility, which served as the primary testing ground for the platform, consistently maintains a 98% proficiency rating. Individual results have also proven significant: supply planner Dimitri Milot leveraged the platform's insights to reduce critical material shortages by 53% in a single month. According to Michael Terry, Daher’s Supply Chain Director, the tool provides the essential visibility needed for production control and warehouse teams to align on material intake and cost performance.

LeanDNA CEO Andy Ellenthal noted that the strategy allows Daher to abandon static spreadsheets in favor of a common language across its global network. With the APEX platform, tactical buyers now operate under consistent KPIs, ensuring that the manufacturer can maintain operational resilience while scaling its production capacity across three continents.
