The agreement brings a diverse range of design-forward hotels under the Design Hotels umbrella, including flagship sites like Palihouse West Hollywood and various ARRIVE and Le Petit Pali locations. By joining this global network, the properties gain access to Marriott’s extensive distribution channels and the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program, providing guests with unified booking and reward benefits. This integration aims to bolster the presence of independent, neighborhood-focused hospitality within the larger Marriott ecosystem.
Stijn Oyen, Managing Director of Design Hotels, noted that the collaboration aligns with the brand’s focus on original thinkers and culturally relevant spaces. Palisociety founder Avi Brosh highlighted that the move serves as a natural evolution for his firm, which has operated independently since its inception in 2008. The transition of these 16 hotels is scheduled to take place over the coming months, signaling a broader trend of boutique brands leveraging global platforms to scale their operations while maintaining their distinct aesthetic identities.
