According to Aastha Malik, Practice Director at Everest Group, the firm is addressing industry-wide challenges—such as rising denial rates and margin pressures—through the deployment of generative and agentic AI. By embedding these tools into workflows including appeals, coding, and accounts receivable follow-up, Omega Healthcare has moved beyond pilot programs to deliver scalable, automated results for complex health systems.
