Omega Healthcare has been named both a Leader and the sole Star Performer in the 2026 Everest Group Revenue Cycle Management Intelligent Operations PEAK Matrix assessment. The company distinguished itself among 34 evaluated providers by demonstrating the most significant improvement in service delivery and technological innovation over the past year.

Everest Group analysts highlighted the firm's ability to integrate a large coding workforce with advanced digital platforms and analytics. This dual recognition marks a continuation of Omega Healthcare’s status as a market leader, a position it has held in the assessment since 2017. The Star Performer designation reflects the company's double-digit revenue growth and its successful expansion into larger provider segments.

According to Aastha Malik, Practice Director at Everest Group, the firm is addressing industry-wide challenges—such as rising denial rates and margin pressures—through the deployment of generative and agentic AI. By embedding these tools into workflows including appeals, coding, and accounts receivable follow-up, Omega Healthcare has moved beyond pilot programs to deliver scalable, automated results for complex health systems. CEO Anurag Mehta attributed the ranking to the company’s focus on co-creating solutions with clients, noting that the integration of the Omega Digital Platform and WhiteSpace Health analytics remains central to their operational strategy.
