DWC Names Tom Smith to Lead Midwest Sales Expansion

Smith arrives at DWC following a tenure as Midwest Sales Director at Momenta Benefits TPA, where he oversaw business development across eight states. His professional background also includes leadership roles at OneAmerica Retirement Services and Capital Group/American Funds. This diverse experience across investments and third-party administration is expected to bolster DWC’s regional presence and advisor support initiatives.

Pete Schroedle, Head of Sales at DWC, noted that Smith’s multi-faceted understanding of the retirement landscape aligns with the firm’s strategy to provide specialized consulting and compliance services. As a Midwest Sales Consultant, Smith will work directly with CPAs and retirement plan professionals to design solutions tailored to business and participant objectives. A graduate of Butler University, Smith remains based in the Chicago-area market as he transitions into this new role at the Fiduciary Services Group subsidiary.
