The New York and Europe-based firm aims to solve the security fragmentation inherent in AI infrastructure. With Gartner projecting that 40% of enterprises will decommission agents by 2027 due to unforeseen production incidents, NeuralTrust provides a centralized enforcement layer designed to monitor autonomous systems across disparate platforms and endpoints.
CEO Joan Vendrell, who founded the company alongside CTO Víctor García and COO Alejandro Domingo, noted that existing enterprise controls remain ill-equipped for the rapid shift toward autonomous operations. The company’s platform functions through three primary pillars: TrustGate, which brokers LLM and tool calls; TrustGuard, a runtime engine that halts threats in real-time; and TrustLens, which maintains visibility over agent behavior. The startup currently counts major entities such as AirEuropa, Iberia, and Abanca among its clients, with 92% of its customer base generating annual revenues exceeding $1 billion. Supported by both private capital and public backing from the European Innovation Council, NeuralTrust intends to use these funds to accelerate engineering efforts and expand its footprint across the European market.
