The facility will serve as a co-innovation hub targeting high-impact sectors including financial services, healthcare, retail, and the public sector. By providing a physical space for rapid prototyping, the studio aims to shorten the development cycle for production-ready solutions to just four weeks. This initiative marks a shift in corporate strategy, moving beyond simple chat interfaces toward sophisticated architectures that modernize customer journeys and automate daily workflows.
To support this infrastructure, Deloitte is launching an intensive certification program to train 1,000 members of its UK workforce on Google Cloud’s Gemini Enterprise. Hayley McKelvey, Chief AI Officer for Deloitte UK, emphasized that the goal is to move from curiosity to industrial reality, providing the technical expertise necessary to deploy autonomous systems. The London hub joins Deloitte’s existing network of experience centers in Egypt and India, further cementing the firm's alliance with Google Cloud in the race to define the next era of autonomous business.
