Preusse joins the furniture retailer with an extensive background in major UK brands, including Sainsbury’s, Argos, Mothercare, and Waterstones. Her career focus has centered on large-scale transformation programs, specifically managing complex workflows ranging from freight and warehousing to final-mile delivery and reverse logistics. At Sofa Club, she will be responsible for integrating these operational functions directly into the brand’s customer experience strategy.
Co-founder Tom O’Neill noted that Preusse’s expertise in building scalable processes will be critical for the business’s long-term sustainability. For her part, Preusse emphasized that her objective is to reduce friction in the customer journey while fostering a culture of clarity for internal teams. Her appointment marks a significant shift for the brand as it moves to formalize its operational foundations.
