The Rochester-based AWS partner is positioning DarcyIQ as the primary context layer for corporate AI. Rather than competing with chat interfaces, the platform provides a secure bridge for internal data—such as project history, meeting insights, and structured knowledge bases—to flow into external models. According to CEO Justin Copie, the goal is to ensure that AI assistants possess a deep understanding of a company’s specific business landscape before generating responses.
This release introduces three significant functional pillars. Customer Intelligence functions as an autonomous account management agent that monitors project signals and alerts staff to renewal or upsell opportunities. The Project Portal allows service providers to share secure, role-based views of delivery progress directly with their clients, while Cognitive Equivalent Time reporting offers a new metric to quantify the human labor hours displaced by agentic AI workflows. By converting token usage and tool calls into billable hour equivalents, the company aims to help service firms protect their margins as they transition toward automated delivery models.
