The three-day conference aims to attract over 12,000 attendees from more than 60 countries, creating a hub for 4,200 brands and 525 exhibitors. Organizers have structured the agenda around five critical pillars: agentic AI, demand forecasting, community building, new business models, and the expanding field of retail media.
Keynote sessions will feature high-profile industry executives, including Currys CEO Alex Baldock, Pacsun CEO Brieane Olsen, and AWWG CEO Laura Fernandez. Beyond the main stage, the event includes breakout sessions and case studies from major retailers such as H&M, Lush, KFC, and Mango. The expo floor will also feature specialized zones, including a Startup Hub and the House of Innovation Pavilion, designed to showcase advancements in robotics, facial recognition, and data analytics.
