The Depew site operates Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., with Saturday hours concluding at 5 p.m. Store manager Noah Howard emphasized that the branch will offer complimentary services, including air pressure checks and tire repairs, to establish a foothold in the local community. Regional vice president Richie White noted that this opening marks a significant milestone in the company’s Northeast growth strategy.

Founded in 1960, the retailer—known as Discount Tire in most states—has scaled its operations significantly over the past decade. Customers at the new New York location can utilize the company's proprietary Treadwell tool to receive personalized tire recommendations based on specific driving habits and vehicle requirements.
